Service Network

Consul Neowatt has one of the largest Pan India service network represented by 250 trained service engineers in 7 regional offices and 75 branch offices spread across the country. Consul Neowatt service engineers are factory trained and are also provided with the latest tools for solving the problem during their first visit. Adequate spares are maintained locally to reduce the TAT (Turn Around Time) for resolving any field complaint.

It operates a central 1-800 call centre for customer support. The call centre operates 7 days a week and logs all customer calls and issues in a centralized customer support management system to ensure the service engineer is deployed to the customer site as per the SLA (Service Level Agreement) with the customer
